Video Conferencing is conducted via Doxy.me, a free online service for patients which does not require any registration on your part. It is a web-browser-based platform that does not require any software to be installed on your device. It will work with a smartphone, tablet, computer, or laptop.

For PC and Mac: If using a desktop computer, you will require speakers and a webcam. You must use either Firefox or Chrome (not Internet Explorer). Please ‘allow’ your camera and microphone to be used for this video call.

To Begin

Choose the link for you doctor below (if the link does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser’s address bar).

Please enter the “web waiting room” for your doctor 5 minutes before your appointment.

You will be asked to enter your name and placed in the waiting room queue. As soon as your doctor is available, he or she will connect with you. Please know that your physician will do their best to keep on time, and thank you for understanding if there is a wait.

When booking an appointment by phone or online: PLEASE TELL STAFF THE APPT IS VIA VIDEO CALL, OR ENTER “VIDEO CALL“ ON THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.

Please also note that missed telemedicine visits may incur a no-show fee, as the physician is creating an appointment space for you.
